Yes. Every account's data is isolated with row-level security, transmitted over encrypted connections, and never sold or shared. See our privacy policy for details.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us from the address on your account and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.

Does the app work offline?

Your cellar can be browsed offline once loaded; AI features (sommelier, label scanning, photo search) require a connection.

Will Kiosk Mode keep the screen awake?

Yes — Kiosk Mode asks the device to keep its display on (supported on iPhone and iPad running iOS 16.4 or later, and all modern browsers). For a permanently mounted tablet we recommend two extra steps: keep the device plugged in, and set Settings → Display & Brightness → Auto-Lock → Never so the screen stays on under all conditions.
